If you're not happy with your fragrance for any reason, text Mason at (618) 207-7517 within 14 days of delivery. We'll issue a full refund or send you a different scent — your call. No questions, no hoops.

How to start a return

  1. Text Mason at (618) 207-7517 with your order details.
  2. You'll get a return address within minutes.
  3. Ship the bottle back (we cover return shipping if the issue is on us).
  4. Refund is sent via Cash App within 24 hours of us receiving the bottle.

Conditions

  • The bottle must be at least 80% full.
  • Original packaging is preferred but not required.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or wrong item

If your fragrance arrived damaged or you got the wrong scent, just text us a photo. We'll replace it immediately at no cost — no need to return the original.
