If you're not happy with your fragrance for any reason, text Mason at (618) 207-7517 within 14 days of delivery. We'll issue a full refund or send you a different scent — your call. No questions, no hoops.
How to start a return
- Text Mason at (618) 207-7517 with your order details.
- You'll get a return address within minutes.
- Ship the bottle back (we cover return shipping if the issue is on us).
- Refund is sent via Cash App within 24 hours of us receiving the bottle.
Conditions
- The bottle must be at least 80% full.
- Original packaging is preferred but not required.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Damaged or wrong item
If your fragrance arrived damaged or you got the wrong scent, just text us a photo. We'll replace it immediately at no cost — no need to return the original.
