Processing time

Orders are personally packed by Mason within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive a text with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates

• Standard shipping (USPS): $8 flat rate, 3–5 business days.
• Free shipping: Automatic on orders over $120, 3–5 business days.
• Priority shipping (USPS): $15, 3–5 business days.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon — text Mason at (618) 207-7517 to be notified when it's available in your country.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or never shows up, text Mason within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll send a replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer. No back-and-forth.

Discreet packaging

All orders ship in plain, unbranded boxes. Nothing on the outside indicates the contents or sender beyond the return address.
